Poison ivy is so evil! But I couldn't resist taking a picture of this vine of it. The crimson red color of it just shows how it can have a pretty side of it. Just don't touch!

I love the character of this leaf. So much going on in the Fall transformation! Some insect enjoyed a morsel of it. Than it is starting to change color. Fun!

Loved spotting these purple wildflowers. With all the browns and reds the color purple is great to see in nature. It seems summer is still fighting to be around amongst Fall changes happening.

Nature Photo of the Day #260: Fall Grsshopper
This grasshopper was hopping in the fields. He finally landed on this leaf. Fun to see the insects out even with the Fall season.
Nature Photo of the Day #259: Moth on Golden Rod
Found this moth resting on some dried up Golden Rod. He is so neat to look at him. I almost could not see him with his camouflage coloring of his body.

The seed pods here were fun to com across. They are breaking open and you can see the seeds. Some are floating out the pods into the air. The circle of life going on here.

This mushroom is so tall!! Could not miss it on my walk. The top was fully expanded compared to some of the others that were not out. Cool to see the comparisons.
Nature Photo of the Day # 256: Bee on Rose
Loved seeing a rose blooming so late in the season. More so seeing a bee working on it was cool to watch. He climbed all the way into the petals.

Nature Photo of the Day #255: Changing Sumac
The leaves are starting to change color. The colors on the changing sumac stood out today. So fibrant with the maroons showing through the green. Fall season is showing its beauty.
